New Ways to Unlocking Your Greatness

The recent 3-Day Summit sponsored by Feeling Great Inside + Looking Great Outside just wrapped up in a very successful way! It was a wrap in the final weeks of Women’s history month as well.

Wendy Bjork of Hearts of, Dane Boyle, of Life Strategist and Michelle Lewis, of, color psychology expert and author of “Color Secrets,” were the three well known speakers from the world of wellness coaching.

Attendees received many new strategies to optimize their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in completely new ways.


They were shown ways to improve their lifestyle and overall health without adding more work to their life:

  • Improve their lifestyle and overall health without going broke or making any major changes…
  • Become motivated and create sustainable habits that will nourish their mind and body…

It’s time to Become motivated and create sustainable habits that will nourish your mind, body and heart.

There are so many aspects to living our best life, so many aspects to our healing, it never has been or never will be about one thing or one solution.  

Acquiring knowledge is a great idea, but to make an impact, you need to put it into action!    Because Success loves Action! 

We discussed the Four Pillars to Unlocking Your Greatness which I call H.O.P.E.  

We need all four pillars for our own greatness and in order to empower others along our path. 

H is for Harmony, O is for Options, P is for Peace, E is empowerment.  

We dove deep into what Harmony means, to release judgment of ourselves and others.  To accept and love ourselves.  

The Options segment is to know you have a new set of choices each day.  You are your own best friend and it’s your right to always ask to achieve the life of your dreams.  

The Peace is creating peace for yourself and your family.  Peace has a different definition for each of us, which is another entry for your journal.  

The final pillar is E for empowerment, being our best so we can help others be their best.  Filling our cup so we aren’t giving from an empty one.  Putting on our own oxygen mask before we help anyone else put theirs on.  We’re heard these before and we need to remind ourselves on a regular basis that they are important and this really matters!!

Change may not be an easy path because our self talk likes to tell us to stay where we’re at.  To stay where it’s comfortable and not to make any waves.

It is time to reclaim your power and know it’s time to become more loving to yourself.  Life does not happen to us, but instead for us.  And there is usually a lesson to be gathered.

What we tell ourselves is what our brain believes so always speak kindly to yourself.

Remember, you are in charge of how you feel.  We cannot  decide what other people think, say or feel.   But what you tell yourself makes all the difference in living your best life.

Have faith in yourself that whatever dream is inside your heart is meant for you. No matter how big that dream might be, this is your life to enjoy and it’s time to enjoy it to the fullest!
