I am a shame guilt educator, counselor, filmmaker, author exposing shame guilt as humanity’s most dangerous condition. I was dying at 55 and at 78 rollerblade because I identified, released, and avoided shame guilt.
In 2005, I made shame guilt an independent study. My goal is to help humanity realize that their only obstacle or enemy to living fully is shame, guilt. My films, podcasts, and books expose shame guilt (not shame and guilt) for its clandestine trickery used by culture to keep humanity victims in ignorance.
