Weight Issues Can Be a Source of Pain and Frustration

Reading Time: 3 minutes

I’m a coach who specializes in helping women over 40 achieve sustainable weight loss and body love acceptance. For many women, weight issues can be a source of pain and frustration. They may feel stuck in a cycle of never-ending negativity, lacking confidence, and even hating their bodies.
As someone who has struggled with weight issues and body image concerns in the past, I understand the emotional toll that these issues can take. I know firsthand what it feels like to be unhappy with your body and to feel like you’ll never be able to achieve your weight loss goals. Imagine only being able to urinate for 3 weeks and nothing else! Imagine looking like you are 9 months pregnant and unable to leave the hospital because your body can’t evacuate waste.  I went through extreme psychological trauma regarding this issue because not only was my body becoming a waste haven, I was being pumped with steroids to accommodate the chemotherapy and was adding kilos to my body DAILY!
I endured for a couple of years until I had an incredible shift in mindset.  So I know what is possible.  I perfected an incredible Bone Broth formular that nourished my guts and used Hypnosis to get to the root cause of my issue.  And not any hypnosis.  Hypnosis on steroids.  RTT. Rapid Transformational Therapy Pioneered my the Incredible Marisa Peer.  In a matter of a few months I looked 15 years younger and weighed my desired weight of 58kg! What I weighted in my 30’s!  Fantastic.
So I know that it’s possible to overcome these challenges and achieve lasting success. Through my work and my incredible team, Dr Charlz, Clinical Hypnotherapist/RTT Therapist Elise Clayton and Clinical Nutitionist Georgina Maika Te Rangipuawhe, I help my clients identify the root cause of their weight issues and develop personalized plans that support their overall health and well-being.
One of the key things that I focus on in my coaching is body love and acceptance. I believe that true health and wellness come from loving and accepting our bodies, regardless of their size or shape. This is why I work with my clients to help them develop a positive body image and learn to appreciate their bodies for all that they do.
Through a combination of mindset coaching, nutrition education, and personalized exercise plans, I help my clients make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their health and wellness goals. We work together to identify the emotional and psychological factors that contribute to their weight issues and develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing my clients transform their lives and achieve their goals. But what really motivates me is knowing that I’m helping them develop a positive relationship with their bodies and themselves.
I know from personal experience how challenging it can be to overcome weight issues and body image concerns. But I also know that it’s possible to achieve lasting success and live a happy, healthy life. With the right mindset, tools, and support, anyone can achieve their goals and transform their lives.
If you’re struggling with weight issues, lack of confidence, or body hate, I encourage you to reach out for help. Whether it’s through my coaching program or another resource, there is support available to help you overcome these challenges and achieve your goals. Remember that you are worthy and deserving of love and acceptance, and that true health and wellness come from honoring and caring for yourself from a place of self-love and appreciation.

Chrissa Valanti is a true inspiration and a testament to the power of the human spirit. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and History under her belt, Chrissa pursued her passion for music and spent 25 years touring as a successful recording artist as front woman of band Valanti. But despite her successes, life threw her a curveball when she faced multiple cancers, including breast and bone cancer, and a body riddled with tumours.  A final diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma was also added to the mix. Despite enduring extreme pain and facing seemingly insurmountable odds, Chrissa underwent a successful stem cell transplant and emerged victorious. But her journey didn’t end there. Chrissa was later struck with another rare and incurable cancer that caused the necrosis of heart tissue above her heart. Although there was no known cure for this disease, she refused to let it defeat her.  Through a cocktail of medications and the power of her own will, she achieved the unbelievable and left the hospital completely cured. The doctors are still at a loss to explain her extraordinary outcome, but Chrissa attributes it to the power of the mind and the body’s innate ability to heal itself. During her time in quarantine after the Stem Cell Transplant and then later Covid-19 Restrictions, Chrissa studied hypnotherapy with renowned pioneer Marisa Peer and became a transformational coach through the International Coaching Institute and Global Success Institute, founded by the incredible Remi Pearson. Chrissas’ story is a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience of the human spirit.
